Terms
For three or more books, terms are net 30 from date of invoice. A finance charge of 1.5$ per month will be added to all balances more than 60 days overdue.

Credit
No credit for one- or two-book orders. Please submit orders of three or more books on your Purchase Order form or company letterhead. Orders for over 12 books must include 50% payment deposit; over $300, 75% deposit.

Resale Numbers
California dealers must supply their CA resale number with all orders.

Shipping
Buyers pay shipping costs from Danville, California. Unless specified otherwise, books will be shipped via US Post Office Media Mail (2-3 weeks delivery). Shipment shortages or damaged books must be reported to Get Rolling Books within 30 days of the order date.

Returns
Retail shops: No returns unless damaged in transit.
Publishing trade: Allowed between 90 days and one year of publisher invoice date. Request permission in advance so we can provide detailed instructions. Books returned in non-resalable condition will not qualify for a refund.
